Live 4: Rhapsody, the Gamer Maid

Sitting on a raven-colored office chair, Jury prepares her Livestream in a jiffy, the young woman clears her throat and practices her pronunciation. She doesn’t want to lose her composure during an important Livestream. As she practices her pronunciation, her stream application somewhat shuts down.

“Geez, not now!” the young woman opens the streaming application again, setting it up once more since her application crashes.

She double-checks her equipment as she looks at the laptop screen confusedly, the clock is ticking and she needs to prepare her Livestream as soon as possible. Testing the mic clarity, she hums a few anime pieces of music she remembers, so far the clarity is good enough as it is. Turning on the avatar application, it traces her facial structures in detail when she speaks.

Her hand goes to her shiny red mouse, clicking the start button on the streaming website she uses which is Youtube. Rhapsody’s avatar is clearly shown on the right, a teal-eyed Idol with brunette short hair. Her big anime eyes show how cute she is, the avatar petite body is even cuter with the frilly blue maid outfit.

Like Alice in Wonderland outfit, the petite avatar smiles at Jury direction. After a while, she turns on the Livestream to prepare to stream a game called Danheis Grace, which is an online RPG game that she likes to play. The role-playing game is an MMORPG, quite the current hype for every gamer

She makes her entrance as the gamer Idol maid, Rhapsody who has debuted for three months for now. 

“Hello there! Good evening! How are you doing!?” Jury winks at her viewer flirtatiously, leaving her gloomy persona behind. “I love being with you guys, how are you guys doing!?”.

The super chat keeps ongoing, on the left corner of her screen various people show their appreciation from every country and nationality to support her. She glances at her left screen, noticing the love and support she receives from the group of strangers that adores her persona as Rhapsody.

The text keeps on going, everyone loves her persona as the maid Idol Rhapsody. Jury sways her brunette avatar hair as she welcomes everyone in her stream in a friendly manner. She’s explaining her RPG character as an assassin class with a piece of legendary equipment. Jury instantaneously becomes a proud young woman, fearless once the game’s discussion is present.

“Here it is, the gamer nerd Rhapsody is showing her fanatic side!” the chat brims with fascination toward Rhapsody. “She’s the gamer girl that every guy would love, a true gamer nerd indeed!”.

“You don’t say!? I knew that you guys love it when she becomes this serious” the chat keeps going on.

Jury immerses herself in the online game she’s playing, she babbles her superiority in PvP. She grinds her character in-game diligently to become the best Danheis Grace Assassin player in the global ranking. She purchases several top-up clothes that mimic her maid avatar, captivating the heart of male gamers around the world.

She knows how easy it is to impress the nerdy gamer online, the young woman knows her tricks to swoon her viewers with a cute impression. However, she wonders if she can find someone who understands who she truly is. Jury smiles in front of the webcam, discussing her favorite movement and dungeon in the game.

Her character is currently walking through a mystic forest, it is said that the foggy mystic forest is known for its properties to boost your character experience. Jury’s in-game character sways her brunette hair as it gallops through the cliff onto the next one. The character maid outfit doesn’t faze the character agility at all.

She explores the mystical wild with her sheathed legendary dual blade, she proudly tells her audience with a cutesy voice how proud she is. The red super chats bombed her account, giving her plenty of love and support. Her performance as an MMORPG player is top-notch, adores by all, loved by all.

“Look at my shiny twin blade, everyone!” Jury waits until her character’s idle animation appears, showing the mystical blue blades from her possession. “I’m the greatest! I love RPG games, you know!”.

However, her happiness immediately depletes when she sees one of her viewers comment on the chat negatively. She often sees negative chats loitering around her chat, but this one, in particular, doesn’t mock her personally. A username with the name Maya20 comments on how RPG players can be boring and repetitive.

Jury shuts her mouth for a while, thinking of a proper response to reply to that particular viewer. She’s been seeing his username around her Youtube Channel for a while. It is as if, the viewer teases her on purpose due to her reaction. Jury groans when she notices Maya20 is teasing her other viewers.

"I don't particularly like RPG games, they're sucks" Maya20 comments with a smirking emoji beside his comments.

“Please, don’t cause any conflict in the super chats everyone! It would be a hassle for the manager if he sees the chats” Jury sighs heavily. “I don’t want to let my impatience gets the best of me, so please be understanding”.

“DAMN IT! I HATE THIS BOSS!” Jury slams her fist on the table when she looks at her in-game character fainted on the screen. 

A mysterious boss appears in the middle of the mystical forest, a secret cave resurfaced to reveal a hidden boss. As soon as she entered the cave, the entrance was locked with an invisible barrier, causing Jury to be unprepared with potions and other items at her disposal. Her character was defeated due to her unpreparedness and curiosity to delve into the secret dungeon.

“s**t! Damn it!” Jury curses, gritting her teeth. “This can’t be!”.

The super chats are overflowed with a laugh and supportive words, either laughing at Jury’s unfortunate events or supporting her to come back to her senses. Maya20 in particular seems to enjoy Jury’s pain and is distraught when she sees her character is down due to an unforeseen event.

"Look at her struggling lol, it's so cute to see her like this LMAO" Maya20 comments with a laughing emoji.

“What is it with Maya20? Is he my anti or something?” she thought sullenly as she looks at Maya laughing at her in his chat.
