Jacques waved his hand around and said, "The restaurant is not a suitable place for this matter. Let me give you an address. You can take her there for tonight."
I nodded as Jacques read me an address, but narrowed my eyes as I realized it was actually the address to a bar!
I looked straight at Jacques, and he said firmly to me, "Be sure you take her there, the owner of the bar is a friend of mine. Don't let it slip that I asked you to ask her out. I'll come by later this evening, so you guys have a good time and I'll find you later."
I scoffed upon hearing this. It looked like Jacques still had the hots for Emily. He had failed to get his hands on her several times before, and now he wanted to use me to achieve his goal!
After leaving his office, I saved that address and thought about
