chapter 3

After a few minutes Anna comes back with out order and places it on the counter for us.I always get a ice coffee and a egg wrap, meanwhile Carter gets a whole brunch plate extra bacon. I drink my ice coffee and he eats some bacon. I look at me blankly and he stops eating "Okay what is it" he asks. I shake my head. "I didn't say anything" I reply simply drinking my coffee. "Harp Iv known you for 16 years, I know when you have something to say even when you dont say it" he explains. "I just don't know how you can eat the junk you do, I'm sure I gain 5 pounds watching you eat" I complain and drink my coffee. "Harp it's called you have some meat on your bones" he chides. Carter always fusses over me not eating enough of unhealthy food people our age are eating, as he eats everything an anything. while I try to eat healthy. I steal a peice of bacon off his plate and eat it quickly and then drink some of my coffee. "There happy?, now can we drop it" I say.

I look out the window and see Tinley walk this way. "Just great" I grumble under my breath. Tinley was the school Hussy. She's been with with everyone and I even heard that she slept with 2 teachers too. We try to be civil as she is Carter latest hook up. "There you are iv been looking for you" she says chipper. Carter kicks me under the table and gives me a look to not start anything.

" I was wondering where you ran off to early this morning when I woke up" she says causally. I scowl at Carter as he could of just slept in with his hussy. "I got hungry" he explains."Did you want to get together after" Tinley asks flirtatiously while leaning over exposing some cevlage. I try not to gag. "Actually we are leaving for collage after this and I think it would be best if we go our separate ways" he trys to let her down easy suddenly shes angry. "Oh really and you couldn't tell me before we slept together yesterday and then again last night" she raises her voice. "ok I'm sorry I should of mentioned it but please don't make a scene" Carter rushes out in a low voice while looking around. " Don't make a scene you say" she replys in a high pitched voice. she grabs my ice coffee and pours it all over his head. I look away and whince.

"You Carter Hastings are the worst guy iv ever met and hope you get everything you deserve comming to you" she snaps bitterly, Then storms away. Anna comes rushing with a clothe and a dry shirt for him. "Anna can I get another ice coffee please, to go" I ask quickly. she goes and makes it and then we hit the road.
