I was heaving as I watched my dad leave and my mother ran after him sobbing. She tried to plead with me but I ignored her and turned to my mate. Aurora was standing there trembling, uncertain if she should approach me. Her little features all scrunched up as she watched me like a hawk. I stalked up to her and touched her face and her chin wobbled.
