Chapter Sixteen

'Mr Sher you are suffering from breast cancer.' Mrs Messa said and he felt whole world had stopped around him and with wide eyes he was looking at her. He was speechless. No words were coming out from his mouth.

'I am sorry.' Mrs messa said when he came back in his senses then quickly shook his head in no.

'No....No...No....That is not possible. I am a man....How that is possible?' Sher said

'So? But You still have breasts. I know it's only 2% man in whole world suffer from breast cancer but it still do exist.' Mrs Messa said and Sher looked at her then painfully closed his eyes

'And it have to be from 2% of those man instead of being in 98%.' Sher said hopelessly.

'We will now run more test on you and Miss Jenna will be your doctor from onwards. She is specialist in this area. I will handle your rest of case to her and she will handle it.' Mrs Messa said and Sher looked at Miss Jeena but he was all quiet.

'I will give your appointment for tomorrow. Please come and do the test.' Jenna spoke up first time while he was still shocked looking at her but just nodded her head in yes when Jenna spoke up again.

'Only after test I will be able to know how big the cancer is inside you and how to treat it.' Jenna said while he just nodded his head in understanding.

'But you please don't tell anyone about it.' Sher said while looking at him whereas both doctors looked between them looked back at him.

'Your Father is owner of this hospital. You don't even want to tell him anything.' Mrs Messa asked and he quickly shook his head in yes.

'Yes, don't tell anyone. It's a rule to keep patient privacy undercover and I am asking for that. No body should know about it.' Sher said

'We understand and we are fine with it Mr Sher but you are suffering from cancer. You need someone with you. For your own self.' Mrs Messa said and he loudly sighed

'I am fine. I don't need anyone. Just don't tell anyone.' Sher said and they both nodded their head in agreement

'Okay then as you wish.' Mrs Messa said and he nodded his head in yes then stood up and walked out. Yesterday he went and did his test and he had cancer and he need to do the operation as soon as possible. So he will get hospitalised soon. But there was something  else.

Yesterday: 

He slowly entered inside the Miss Jeena specialist area for breast patients. As soon he stepped inside, he walked towards receptionist and after asking for directions he started walking in the corridor towards Misd Jenna's office. When he was walking all he can see were female patients. Not even one male was present. He started feeling embarrassed. He looked around and as he was walking, some female patients were looking at him weirdly and he quickly awkwardly looked down. Not daring to looked up at them. He reached in front of Miss Jenna's office and quickly sat down on a seat outside of office while waiting for his turn. He looked up and women were still weirdly looking at him and he quickly stood up. He nervously started pacing and stayed outside for five minutes when Miss Jenna called him inside. He thanked Allah and quickly walked inside.

'Please come in Mr Sher.' Jenna said and he nodded his head in yes then slowly walked and sat down on the chair in front of her. Jenna smiled

'Do you want to drink anything?' Jenna asked and he quickly shook his head in yes.

'I am fine.' Sher answered and Jenna nodded her head in yes then started talking.

'Mr Sher you test are done and we need to start your treatment as soon as possible and then small operation will take place.' Jenna explained and he nodded his head in yes

'But I am here to tell you something else as well.' Jenna said and without a word Sher just nodded his head in yes while Jenna continued .

'When a female have a breast cancer because of heavy treatment it does sometime little, sometime a lot and some time none effect on her reproductive system....As you know breast feeding is one of main and most important aspect for the health of new born child.' Miss Jenna said and he confused nodded his head in yes

'Yeah....I know I have breast cancer but I am still a man.' Sher said confused and Miss Jenna smiled

'I know Mr Sher....you are still very much a man.' Miss Jenna joked back and they both smiled

'But I am getting towards the main point. I know you are not female but you still have reproductive system.' Miss Jenna said and that caught his all attention.

'After the operation and treatment, there are many chances it will effect your reproductive system. It will make your sperm production get slower.' Jenna trailer off

'W...what do you...mean? I am still confuse.' Sher asked while his heart was nervously beating inside his chest.

'Mr Sher since your sperm production will be slow this will decrease your chances to become a father. It will become harder for you to impregnate a women.  I am not saying you can't ever but it will decrease your chances.' Jenna said and as the words registered in his head he felt his body getting all numbed.

'No....No....that is not possible.' Sher said while standing up and shook his head in no rapidly.

'So you are saying I will not child.....you are joking....so Is that mean me and Nora.....' Sher was saying when he suddenly stopped and painfully closed his eyes. Fine he never accepted in front of her but he do want her. He never said it to her but he already had planned his future whole with her. He wanted a family with her and he already had planned it. But now.....

'Mr Sher please relax......' Jenna was saying but he cut her off

'Relax? How I can relax. My whole life is finishing right in front of my eyes....this can't be happening with me. Why me? First I have breast cancer and now this.......I still can accept breast cancer but this......no....this can't be happening with me.....' Sher said while getting pincked when Jenna got up and put hand over his shoulder

'Mr Sher, please sit down.' Jenna said softly then moved and made him sat down. Then she moved a glass of water towards him from which he took few sips. Then Jenna walked and sat down on her place and silence took place between them.

'I will come to hospital for treatment from next week.' Sher said weakly after a while then stood up and walked out. He decided before going to operation or any treatment he wanted to make her free from him. He wanted her to be saved from pain which he will cause her. He don't wanted to suffered after seeing from his eyes when love for him in her eyes disappearing right in front of him after finding out about him. He don't want to see when she will stopped seeing him as a man. He just can't see it.

Sher thought painfully while came out from her house leaving her broken behind in tears.

Nora was silently walking with Zainab who was continuously talking but she was all quiet while walking with her. Zainab looked back at her and she was walking but her mind of not with her. She was like this from past two days. Everything was so sad since the day Sher left her. Everyone know now and her mother was still little angry but  the more she saw her daughter in this miserable condition the more she worry and cry.

'Nora.' Zainab called out to her and Nora came back in her senses and looked at her best friend

'I want to take you somewhere here. Come with me.' Zainab said and without listening to her she got hold of her hand and walked towards the bus. They sat down inside while Nora again quietly started looking out of window as if she don't care about anything. Nothing matter to her now. After about twenty minute of journey in silence they both came down from the bus when Nora looked at the Cafe in front of her. It was Sher's friends cafe. Nora looked at Zainab  then annoyed turned over when Zainab got hold of her.

'Why you bring me here?' Nora asked while tears started forming in her eyes and Zainab sighed

'To make you feel better. It's not Sher's place but his friend. Come on Nora. I want to at least for few minutes but stop thinking about him.' Maryam said and Nora defeatedly  sighed and then they both walked towards cafe and got inside. As soon they entered Rizwan ran toward them while smiling.

'Welcome. I am waiting for you.' Rizwan said and Nora confused looked at him

'Zainab message me before coming here.' Rizwan said and Nora glared at Zainab who looked away when she looked back at Rizwan and nodded her head in yes then smiled.

'Follow me.' Rizwan said and they both followed him when they stopped next to big table. As soon they reached Nora looked up at person who was sitting and her eyes met with him. The world stopped for her while they both were shocked looking at each other when Sher slowly stood up from his seat.

'We plan that meeting. Now sort out your differences.' Rizwan said then walked out with Zainab leaving them behind. Nora came back in her senses then glared at him. She angrily turned over to walk out when he spoke up.

'We should have at least farewell coffee together.' Sher said and Nora looked back at him. 'How he can even say that, nothing matter to him.' Nora thought hurtfully then slowly walked and sat down. 'Maybe last time she can look at him as much she want.' Nora thought while they were looking at each other when Sher called out to waiter and ordered coffee for them.

'Don't keep any hope Nora. Their is no us and we will not be going back again.' Sher said while looking at her and she clenched her fist angrily.

'I know and I am not asking for it anyone. Do you think I am dying to be with you.' Nora said back while they kept staring at each other.

'Please stop me Sher , I am going to die without you.' Nora thought helplessly while looking at him but did not say anything.

'I know. You are brave women Nora.' Sher commented when coffee came. Waiter put their coffee on the table and then walked off. They picked up there coffee and started drinking in silence.

'Nora, Do you like children?' Sher asked after a while breaking the silence and Nora looked up at him.

'Yeah off course. Who don't like them?' Nora said and he was intensely looking at her

'Do you want to have children after marriage. Can you live without them?' Sher asked

'Why would I will live without them when I can have them. I want to have children and family after marriage.' Nora said and he sighed then looked away.

'Why you asking now when you breaking our marriage soon anyway.' Nora said sarcastically

'I know. You are right.' Sher said and they picked up their coffee again and started drinking in silence. They drank off the coffee and looked at each other while waiting for each other to spoke up.

'Nora, the way you kidnapped me then made me marry you. The way you forcefully trapped me with you, the way you care about me, the way you look at me, the way you force me stay with you, the way you did not leave my side, the way you flirt with me, the way you kiss me......' Sher said while stopping and her heart was beating rapidly in her chest.

'....don't ever repeat it again with any other men.' Sher said and hope took place in her eyes and she spoke up.

'Why?' Nora whispered asked softly

'Because man don't like this kind of women.' Sher said while standing up and when she heard his words softness was gone while the anger took place over her and she stood up.

'What? What the hell you just said?' Nora asked shocked and he shrugged his shoulder then was about to walk passed when she spoke up

'If you dislike everything in me and want to leave me then why you are waiting for court. Just say those three got damn words to me and we will no longer husband and wife.' Nora screamed and he stopped then closed his eyes without looking back.

'Because I don't have courage to say them. I will never have courage to say them to you on your face. How can I let you go with my own mouth. How I can finish our relation with my own mouth.' Sher thought painfully to himself but without giving her any answered he started walking. But instead of waiting for Nora also started following him

'I ....I hate you Sher. How you can ignore me. I am talking to you.' Nora screamed but he kept walking when they came out from the cafe.

'How you can be so heartless Sher. How you can do this with me?' Nora screamed when he walked towards his car and started opening it.

'I am talking to you. Give back my all memories with you. I don't want any memory with you. You....you....give back my first kiss with you as well. Do you any idea how special first kiss is for women. Give it back to me....right now..::.' Nora screamed angrily whatever came in her mouth when next second he turned over, pushed her into car window and then she felt his lips on hers. She shocked stood there then slowly  looked at him who eyes were closed. Then without wasting a second she got hold of him and closed back her eyes and kissed him back while tears fell out from her eyes. His hands were around her waist when she put hand around his waist and moved him more closer to her. They kissed while caring that they were standing on road when they broke away the kiss and she opened back her eyes and looked up at him.

'Here. I give back your first kiss to you....Goodbye.' Sher said then moved away from the car then sat down in the car and drive off while leaving her all shocked behind.
