Chapter Seven

She took in deep breath then knock on the door. Then opened the door and entered while Mr Ra'is looked up at her then smile and stood up.

'Salam Sir.' Nora greeted while entering 

'Welcome Miss Nora.' Mr Ra'is said and Nora nodded her head in understanding while Mr Ra'is signed her to sat down and they both sat down. 

'Thank you very much Sir for choosing me as a intern to work with you. It's means  a lot to me.' Nora said gratefully and Mr Ra'is smile

'Nothing to thanks me over. You are actually really talented.' Mr Ra'is said while looking at her and she smile 

'Well Miss Nora, you may start working from tomorrow and my secretary will give you information what you will do.' Mr Ra'is said and Nora nodded her head in yes 

'And Please sign this six months contract with me.' Mr Ra'is said while putting file in front of me and Nora smile then got hold of file and sign it. After signing it she gave him back and they both smile 

'Let's go and I will show you around the hospital and will make you meet with other intern you will be working with.' Mr Ra'is said and Nora smile while they stood up and walk out.

Nora entered inside the building and walked towards reception. She smile while the receptionist looked up at her. 

'How I can help you Ma'am?' The receptionist asked and Nora

'Can I meet Sher Musa please?' Nora said while smiling 

'Do you have appointment with him.' Receptionist asked and Nora slowly shook her head in no. 

'Then Ma'am, you can't meet him. I am sorry.' Receptionist said 

'But why? You just tell him my name he will meet me.' Nora said and receptionist shook her head in no

'No Ma'am I am really sorry.' Receptionist said 

'Come on please help me. I am in trouble and I need his help.' Nora pleaded for help and receptionist empty stared at her then defeatedly sighed 

'Okay, I will only ask once.' Receptionist said and Nora smile widely

'Just ask from him, he will know me.' Nora said proudly while smiling whereas receptionist took the phone and call him. 

'Hello Sir, Some Nora Bismillah is here asking to meet you. Shall I let her come.' Receptionist asked smiling then only after a second she put away the phone and looked at her 

'He said he don't know any Nora and he angrily said not to let you in as well not to disturb him again.' Receptionist said and smile dropped from her face.

'Did he really said all of this.' Nora asked shocked and receptionist nodded her head in yes while sympathetic look at her sad face.

'Okay, When he will be free?' Nora asked while controlling back her emotions 

'I am not sure when he will be finish.' Receptionist said and Nora nodded her head in yes then turned over and was about to walk when she stopped and look back at her.

'Please can you pass this invitation to him. Tell him I am getting reward for Best academic student with high grades. I came first this year in my Medical. So this is invitation for him to come.' Nora explained while passing the card to receptionist who smile and got hold of it. Nora said her bye then turned over and walked out. Receptionist got hold of all invitations while putting her invitation in the end. He usually always get invitations from different places and she start walking towards Sher's room. She knocked on the door and entered while he was on his phone. She smile while he signed her to put all of them on the table and she did then she walked out. He put phone on his one ear between his ear and shoulder and start looking at invitations. He bored randomly looked at them  not even reading them properly then sighed and throw all of them in the bin without even looking at last few invitations then got back on his phone.

Sher sat down on his chair and sighed. He just had finished his radio show and he opened his phone. There was nothing from her. From past five days there was no response from her at all after a day she came in his office and he said no to meet her. He wants to disappoint and hurt her so she will re think about marrying with him. She was young and if she will get hard treatment from him, she will not be able to tolerant and will ask for divorce' that was what he thought while saying no to even recognise her. He sighed then got hold newspaper and open it. He look though it when a headline catches his attention and then he look at picture as well. 'The best academic awards for this year goes to Medical student Nora Bismillah.' That was headline and there was her photo where she was holding a award smiling looking at camera. 'When did she get that' why I don't anything about it?' Sher thought while kept looking at her photo.

'Stop looking at your wife like this. She is anyway yours.' Ahmed said teasingly while entering and sat down whereas Sher quickly fold away the newspaper. 

'I was not looking at her.' Sher explained and Ahmed smirked looked at her.

'But she is looking beautiful. I also came to congrats you on the behalf of your wife. She is really clever.' Ahmed said and Sher just stayed quite not saying anything.

'I am just thinking how many people would have seen her in the newspaper. How many men would have seen her. Men really admires beauty with brain specially young men.' Ahmed said innocently while hiding his smirk and Sher snapped his head and looked at him but stayed quite whereas Ahmed  stood up from his chair.

'I will be going now.' Ahmed said and Sher just nodded his head whereas Ahmed walk pass him and was about to walk out when he stop and look back at his friend who was sitting thinking deep about something.

'You should talk to the newspaper about removing her picture. There is their number written in the end of newspaper.' Ahmed said and Sher looked back at him who innocently smile then walk off. Sher sat their stare at nothing for a while then open back newspaper and her picture again. 

'I get it she was happy but what's with such a big smile when getting a award. That smile is making her look more beautiful.' Sher said annoyed while looking at it. Then he went om last page of the newspaper and look at their phone number. He stared at it for a while then got hold of his phone and call them after few bells the CEO of the newspaper pick up the phone.

'Hello, Sher Musa speaking.' He introduced him and CEO Ashan surprised looked at his phone then put it back on his ear.  

'Sher Musa, the radio host. Youth sensation.' Mr Ashan asked excited 

'Yes.' Sher replied simply

'How may I can help you Sir. That is amazing. This is first time ever you call here.' Mr Ashan said while Sher sighed 

'You publish a story in your newspaper. I want you to take out the girl's picture from it. Just keep the headline.' Sher said 

'Which headline and picture?' Mr Ashan asked confused and Sher sighed 

'On page number seven.' Sher said and Mr Ashan opened up the newspaper and looked at it.

'Oh Miss Nora Bismillah's news.' Mr Ashan asked 

'Yes.' Sher replied 

'But why would I take off the picture. She is beautiful. It's attaches more people. Do you know even one modelling company just five minute ago ask about her address and everything. I think her future is bright. She could be model. she is beautiful, cleave and have a good figure.' Mr Ashan proudly announced to him and he clenches his fists on the table. 

'Did I ask about your opinion on her.' Sher asked coldly and Mr Ashan smile dropped. 

'No Sir.....' Mr Ashan nervously trailer 

'Just do what I am saying. Take off her photo from your newspaper right away. I will send the money as much you will demand.' Sher order and Mr Ashan nodded his head in yes 

'Yeah Sir.' Mr Ashan said 

'Good...and if any other model company or anyone ask about her give them my number. I will talk to them.' Sher said angrily then cut off the phone. 

'Modelling company.....why would my wife will do modelling for them.......Never...ever.....impossible.' Sher said to himself annoyed then took out his phone and call on her phone. Nora moved away her head from pillow and looked at her ringing phone with red eyes. She picked up her phone and looked at it and his names was shinning on it. She stared at it and tears again start forming in her eyes and anger boiled in her head and she angrily cut off his call. She still can't believe he disagree to recognise her then on top he didn't come on her one of most special day as well. Sher surprised looked at his phone then call her again but she cut off his call again. 

'What the hell?' Sher said annoyed and angrily bang his fist on the table then stood up and walk out. She stepped inside his car and speed it away. He stopped on flower shop and took a flower bouquet. Then he driver back car again and stopped in front of the house then came out and walk towards it. He press on the bell and after few bells Mrs Hamna open up the door. 

'Wow, what a pleasant surprise.' Mrs Hamna said and Sher smile then greeted and pass a flower bouquet to her and they both enter inside the house.

'How are you?' Mrs Hamna asked 

'Great.' Sher replied while they both entered inside the sitting room. 

'Please have a seat.' Mrs Hamna said and Sher smile then sat down 

'Thanks Ma'am.' Sher said while Mrs Hamna smile and sat down in front of him while he looked around. 

'I hope you don't mind me coming here.' Sher asked 

'No, not at all. Actually I am really happy you came.' Mrs Hamna said and Sher smile 

'Actually I came because I heard Nor.....I mean your daughter have won an award.' Sher said while looking around and Mrs Hamna smile

'Yeah, I am so proud on her.' Mrs Hamna said while smiling 

'Yeah...me too.' Sher said while smiling still looking around trying to find her and Mrs Hamna surprised look at him whereas he look at Mrs Hamna and realized what he said 

'I mean...everyone must be proud on her. She is really clever.' Sher said and Mrs Hamna smile 

'She is your fan and she will be so happy to hear that you came. I will call her.' Mrs Hamna said 

'Yeah please.....quickly.' Sher said still looking at around and Mrs Hamna was looking at him. He again look at Mrs Hamna and realised his mistake. 

'I mean please call her......actually I am in hurry.' Sher lied and Mrs Hamna smile while nodding her head in yes then stood up. 

'Nora...Nora.....' Mrs Hamna called out to her from downstairs while he was waiting 

'Mum, I am coming.' Nora voice came and Mrs Hamna walk back and sat down while there was silence between them. After few seconds the door burst opened and she entered. They both looked up and their gaze met and then everything rushed back to her. 

'Why you are here?' Nora asked rudely while breaking away the gaze and he still was looking at her. Her red eyes and nose was clearly indicating that she was crying. 

'Nora, behave.' Mrs Hamna scolded her daughter and Nora looked at her mother who signed Nora to sat down while Nora walk and sat down next to her mother. 

'Nora, Sher came to congrats you for winning the award.' Mrs Hamna said and Nora sarcastically smile

'Why would such a celebrity person even need to come to congrats a  random person like me. But I am very thankful that you came.' Nora said sarcastically and Mrs Hamna glared at her while Sher was just looking at her. 

'Nora......' Mrs Hamna said in warning tone and Nora just stayed quite 

'I will go and get coffee for you.' Mrs Hamna said and Sher nodded his head in yes and she walked off leaving them in silence. 

'You was crying.' Sher asked breaking the silence and Nora looked at him.

'What's to do with you?' Nora said rudely and Sher just stared at her.

'Nora what happen? Did someone say something to you. Tell me who did it?' Sher asked like a elder person asking from a child and she looked at him

'It's because of you.' Nora said and tears again start forming in her eyes.

'Because of me?' Sher asked and she start crying 

'First you insult me when I went to your office to see you. You didn't even recognise me. Do you how humiliated........And then you didn't come on my award receiving ceremony even I send you invitation card.' Nora said between her tears and he was looking at her 

'Which invitation?' Sher asked confused 

'Invitation I give to your secretary when I went to meet you five days ago.' Nora said and then all invitations and them throwing in bin came in view and he sighed then he looked at her and moved closer to her. 

'Aigoo....Thats a stupid reason you are crying.' Sher said and she nodded her head in yes while crying looking down whereas he smile then moved his hand and put it around her shoulder and hug her while she put her head on his shoulder. 

'O...stop crying because of me....you know I am

Stupid and arrogant. Stop crying my little wife. I am really sorry.' Sher said while rubbing her back like a child and she just silently kept crying. 

'You are evil.' Nora said while crying and he start smiling 

'And my little wife is childish.' Sher said and she moved her head and looked up at him. Then moved his hand and stood up.

'I am still angry with you. You are not forgiven. You really hurt me.' Nora said then walked off while he leaned back and smile spread across his face.
