Gabriel climbed the steep mountain on all fours. He had tried to convince Shadow to shift, but had been completely ignored in his instruction for the wolf to take over. Instead, he was met with a torrent of taunts, abuse and mockery. "This is all your fault, you know?" "Call yourself an Alpha?
