Lucian had been gone for a long time now and I couldn't put my mind to rest. I didn't know if it was because I was worried about him or tge fact tgat Adrian might still be lying unconsciously in my room.
I felt really bad for leaving him in that state. “That isn't how you repay the kindness shown to you,” I cautioned myself.
Lucian's back at playing mind games with me, bringing me here from the palace without proper explanations to justify his actions and now, he left me here all alone in this big spacey room.
I stood up from the bed and walked towards the door. I needed to get back to the palace to help Adrian but Elisce was sternly warning me against it, she was so adamant that I had to stop for a moment to think of the disadvantages leaving the room could bring me.
