Chan contacted Andrew to let him know that he and Yuri would join. Yuri was just getting ready to change clothes, but it turned out that Andrew had another opinion.
From the conversation with Chan on the phone, Yuri heard that Andrew objected.
Because Yuri remained, Andrew changed his plans. He went first to the location to catch up with Aaron. Andrew wanted to make sure the situation was safe and under control at the interrogation site. He did not want any danger that was not needed.
