Lucas glanced at the police officer who came in.
Because of the intense light in the interrogation room, he squinted his eyes to see clearly.
He was Alex Jones, a third-level police supervisor, the administrator of the bureau, and Edward's superior.
He also caught a glimpse of Lucas and accidentally made eye contact with him.
Immediately, he broke out in a cold sweat.
