mia The last time I was at Brad’s, I was hungover and didn’t really get to see the property, but now, as he takes me on a tour, my mouth hangs open. It’s way better than what Damon and I had. It’s huge, with floor-to-ceiling windows, grey décor, an electric fireplace in the living room, and a white fluffy rug in front of the TV mounted on the wall, with a mini bar to the right. He even has an open-plan kitchen, and the best part is the heated floors. As soon as I take my shoes off, I feel it, and I swear melting into the floor is the first thought that comes to mind. “I know it’s cold,” he says, opening the doors to the patio out back, “but the pool is heated, so if you want to swim, go for it.” I step out, turning the corner.
