Caleb walked up to Avery he hadn’t seen her much in school since Matt had been admitted to hospital and she had told him he was willing to sort himself out and get right so she could go home. ‘Hey babe I’ve missed you.’
She looked up and smiled. ‘Hey Caleb hows it going?’
‘Not to bad. I haven’t seen you in classes for a while.’ He said sitting next to her.
‘I‘ve been hiding.’
‘So I gathered. We all miss you Avery lessons aren’t the same without you.’
She smiled. ‘I’ve been allocated a tutor formal log my lessons so I won’t be a burden on everyone in class. The headmaster requested it while I was going through all of this with Matt.’
‘How is Matt?’
‘He was taken to therapy after he was discharged from hospital. We’re not allowed any contact till he is fully recovered.’
