‘Hay Ry come in.’
‘Is your brother in?’
‘Yeah, but he won’t bother.’
He smiled they didn’t get in neither of them saw eye to eye Noah repulsed him, But chose to keep his opinions to himself. ‘Come in.’
He smiled stepping in. ‘I brought your work babe.’
‘Thanks.’ I said closing the door.
‘Come on they’re in the kitchen.’
‘Is he here too?’
‘If you referring to Noah then yes, he’s like a permanent fixture.’ She looked at him. ‘Would you like a drink?’
‘Sure.‘
‘Take a seat I’ll be back in a sec.’
He smiled sitting down.
She walked away as he made himself comfortable. Soon she’d be eating out the palm of his head and begging for more. He smiled evilly he’d almost got this girl where he wanted her, she had no idea about his past so he’d have to be careful very careful. He’d been spending a lot of time with her friends, now his too. He’d had so much fun with them once she began to trust him the fun and games would begin, but he’d have to be careful because of her god damn over protective brother who hated him with a passion. Then there was Noah what was his f*****g problem anyway? Apart from stating the obvious he had a thing for Avery. But that wasn’t going to stop him he’d make sure he split up the perfect trio.
‘So is he here?’
‘Yes he is and don’t be like that Matt.’
‘Don’t forget to tell him we’re going to the fair later.’
‘I won’t.’ She said picking up the drinks going into the lounge placing them down sitting next to Rylan.
‘So what about we hang after we’ve done our homework.’
‘I’d love to Ry.’
‘I can feel a but coming on.’
‘But I already have plans.’
‘Who with ?’
‘My brother.’
‘Oh I see.’
‘Don’t be mad at me Ry. We’re going to the fair.’
‘Why? you’ve already been.’
‘It’s a family thing Ry we go every year. I guess he wasn’t expecting me to go with you or things would be different this year. I’m sorry.’
‘It’s cool babe. I‘ll see you tomorrow after school.’ he smiled.
‘Thanks for understanding.‘
‘Hay’ he said placing his arm round her pulling her into him. ‘I love you okay . There’s nothing to understand family comes first. I’ll be here tomorrow and every other day okay, until you return to school. I promise.’ He said kissing her forehead.
He looked back at Matt and Noah who were looking very pleased with themselves, he cut his eyes grinning what was this guy up to what ever it was they didn’t like it. He turned back. ‘Don’t forget we still have the party to go to next Saturday.’ He said leaning towards her pressing his lips on hers kissing her passionately. The friends scowled as he smiled into her kiss.
He moved away. ‘Come on let’s get this home work done.’ He slipped his arm from around her so they could begin. How dare he make out with Avery in their house how dare he.
‘Calm down Matt we’ve got to wait this out. That prick will have his come upance trust me.‘
After they done their homework he kissed her goodbye telling her he’d see her tomorrow hopefully they wouldn’t be their to bother them.
‘So are you done?’
‘Yeah finally.’
‘Good we can go.’
‘I’m hungry.’
‘We’ll grab something on the way the guys are meeting us there.’
‘You didn’t mention everyone was going.’
‘Well I am now, come on Avery.’
She pulled her self up and they went out the house. Matt closed and locked the door behind them heading to the town for something to eat before heading to he fair.
The guys were already waiting.
‘Where the hell have you been?’
‘We had to feed my Angel.’
‘She’s always hungry Matt.’
‘Okay we all were so what’s first?’
Ash pointed up to the roller coaster it had three twists we couldn’t get on it yesterday the queue was too long looked like it had died down today.
‘Did you get the tickets?’
‘We did seem as you were religious forever.‘
‘Sweet let’s go.’
We all walked away ash handing the tickets in. We walked up the steps to he top waiting in the next queue. Finally we got on Noah insisted that he sat by me and the others sat behind us. The ride jolted and we were off screaming for our lives. The ride came to an end and we all got off. And I was dragged on literally every ride there after that. I enjoyed going out with the guys. They were so much fun I’d enjoyed the last two nights at the fair spending time with my friends, my boyfriend, may and his friends they must have dragged me o. The rides more than twice before we all finally sat down having burgers and fried with a drink. ‘So have you enjoyed it Avery?’
‘I have. I’ve really enjoyed the fair with all of you thanks for tonight guys.’
‘It’s our pleasure Avery.’
They all smiled . Matt’s smile even bigger with his accomplishments. We all headed out of the fair saying good bye as normal Noah was staying over, like he did most weekends he was going home tomorrow, his parents were complaining again that he was spending too much time over ours and not at home. She all collapses on the sofa exhausted.
‘So one week left princess, you happy you’ll be finally gong back to school?’
‘Yeah.’ I said closing my eyes.
