" It's good you came in now that you did. Kael was just about to tell me about an all-expense trip he booked for both of you," my grandfather said.
Fury coursed through my veins as I stared at him. Was this some kind of sick joke that he was trying to play at? Did he somehow think he was going to get away with it?
" What are you doing here?" I asked.
Even he could tell from my tone that I was not pleased to have him there. My grandfather furrowed his eyebrows as he stared between me and him.
" Did something happen between the both of you?" He asked.
