"I'm going out but will be back immediately," he informed Alma and her face dropped.
She wanted to spend sometime with him but seemed like it would be impossible. The house was too big and for a moment she wished Erica stayed a little longer.
He noticed her long face, and though he wanted to stay, he had to go and find out more urgently.
"I really wish I could stay but it's important and I will only be away for an hour," he added but she didn't reply, she walked to the closet instead.
He walked to her and hugged her from the back.
"I'm working on putting an end to everything. I want you, I don't want to share you with anyone, that thought alone drives me crazy. Can you please be patient with me for a while, please?" He whispered into her ears.
