ANTHONY'S POV I woke up feeling lighter than air. For once, I woke up and didn't feel the weight of the world on my shoulders. Slowly, my vision came into focused. I stretched lazily, my muscles loosening with each movement. It was a good morning. It was an even better night. I turned to my side, expecting to see Brianna next to me with her hair laid across the pillow and her face peaceful as she slept. But the space beside me was empty and the sheets were cold. I blinked in confusion, searching the room for any sign of her. Her scent still lingered in the air—along with Trevor’s—but neither of them was here.
