Lily's hands shook so badly she nearly dropped the phone twice before managing to show Ethan the photo. He went very still as he studied it, his jaw working, eyes flicking over every detail of the image the angle, the timestamp, the unmistakable location just beyond their own front gate. "They were here," Lily whispered. "Outside our house. Watching my mother." "I need to see the security footage," Ethan said, already moving toward the stairs. "Richard installed cameras around the property years ago. If someone was out there long enough to take this, they'll be on record."
