Jane’s POV
Whatever was going on with alpha Liam was beyond some curse. At this point, it is safe to say he has brain issues too. Sometimes, he acts kind but most times, he acts like someone who is crazy.
“Don't talk when I don't ask you to…” How could he say that to me… in Caleb's presence? I was only trying to tell them about Elder Thorne, but he made it sound like I was praising his enemy.
I pushed the thought aside. Thinking about him always makes me pissed, and I don't want to get pissed on a painfully slow day.
I was brought here to work for him, but there's literally no work to do. Unlike my former pack where I worked nonstop, alpha Liam's house had less work. And whenever he is out, I have nothing to do.
No instructions, no tasks, no arguments to prepare for, just silence.
