Everyone stood to pat me in the back and hug me as we called for drinks to cheer up the mood.

After that we went separate ways and I decided to call Khloe for dinner but she told me she was unavailable that she was attending a friend's birthday party. We agreed to go out on Sunday the following day. I went home did some cleaning and prepared supper before retiring to bed. My alarm rang at 6 as usual so I brushed and took my headset and decided to go for a morning run. After the run I took a bath and got occupied reading some juicy gossips from net . At around 10:30AM Khloe called to inform me she was ready so I changed and decided to drive and pick her up in her room. Once I reached outside her plot I called her and she came out. Beautiful is an understatement. The make up was perfectly done and she had a really sweet scent so I asked her the cologne she had used and she told me it was called 'Revolution'. I secretly promised myself to get one. Off we went to Sarova woodlands hotel before going to Chaka Ranch for outdoor events. The Sunday went pretty fast and soon darkness was beckoning. We decided to call it a day so we had dinner before I went and dropped her before heading to my house(Funny thing is Khloe had never slept in my house). Having had dinner I just showered and set my alarm for 5:45AM and off I went to slumberland. The alarm woke me up from a nightmare.

***-Flashback--***

There was a beautiful dog but it was not that grown and the dog was doing well till it made friends with other dogs. The other dogs were grown so at one point the grown dogs decided to feed the beautiful dog with a piece of meat. The beautiful dog ate without asking where the meat was from. That's when the owner of the meat came and the grown dogs ran away leaving the beautiful dog alone. Unbeknown to the beautiful dog is that the meat had been stolen from the man. So the man was mad and he decided to choke the beautiful dog for stealing. He had tied a rope on the neck of the dog and was doing a countdown to throw the dog down from the tree.. He counted3⃣2⃣......before mentioning 1⃣ the alarm woke me up from sleep.

I woke up sweating and tried to fathom the meaning of the dream. I had never been superstitious but the dream was frightening. I woke up and went to the shower before having breakfast. I drove off to work as I recalled the happenings in the dream. "Young man move !Stop causing traffic jam!" A voice from an angry matatu driver jolted me from my thoughts. The offices of the county came in view as I entered the parking lot. I alighted and headed to my office when I found Beatrice cleaning the reception. I greeted her and headed nervously to my office. I entered the key and opened my office. It was clean and well arranged thanks to Beatrice. Today the workload was to ensure transfer of the remaining cash to some Swiss account owned by the governor's nephew. As I was busy typing in my laptop I heard a faint knock.
