Hanna kept on grumbling throughout the dinner but the couple cared less, they had fun on their own and it was more like she was invisible.
"Today was so much fun," Mirabel said as they walked out of the restaurant. "Yeah, I can't believe you are allergic to chocolate cake," Adrian said to Hannah.
She refused to have the cake and claimed she was allergic to it. "I told you we shouldn't buy a cake but you went ahead to order one yourself," Mirabel stated and click her tongue.
"See you at work tomorrow," Adrian said to Hannah. "Goodbye," she said and intentionally didn't add sir to avoid saying, ma'am.
"I feel sleepy and slightly tired," Mirabel said walking towards the car. Adrian followed and the ride was quiet until they got home.
