*Caleb’s POV*
After Kim pushed me toward the makeshift stage, I stood next to my father as I waited for him to grab the microphone.
“I’m so happy that this day has finally come.” Dad mind linked me. “I don’t tell you this enough, but I am proud that you made the right decision of choosing your mate to be our luna. She is perfect for the job.” He continued as I smiled back.
Dad wasn’t much of an ‘I’m proud of you, Son’. So it meant a lot.
“Thank you.” I replied as he clapped my back and made his way to the podium in the center of the stage.
He cleared his throat, motioning for everyone to give him their attention. “Pack members, please settle down.” He said loudly before leaning closer to the microphone. “That includes you, Kim.” He said, making everyone chuckle as he winked at her
