I was staring at the ceiling when my alarm finally rang. If I had gotten an hour of sleep, it would be a miracle. Who could sleep with their mate so close yet so far away? It was a complete struggle to keep Beau down all night. He was begging me to find Nadia.
I sighed as I stood up, grabbing clothes to shower. I was hoping to hear from her last night after the phone was delivered, but boy was I wrong. I even thought that the omega didn’t deliver it.
