*Nadia’s POV*
I turned around to find our pack growling at us. “We will never accept her as our luna. She belongs to another!” An older man yelled at me as Caleb pushed me behind him.
“Detain him!” Caleb roared to Lucas and Brett. They moved forward, only to be stopped by fifty angry men.
“We will challenge you if you choose her over the safety of this pack!” They yelled in unison, making my heart beat fast.
I can’t let them hurt him because of me. “No.” I shouted, stepping in front of Caleb, who tried to pull me back. “I can just leave.” I whispered as I struggled to hold back my tears.
“Never!” Caleb growled, shifting quickly and lounging towards the first three men as Lucas and Brett followed suit.
