Andrew was sitting near a window watching big rain drops vanishing in to the earth one by one, He was following each rain drop till it go out of his sight.
It is one of his routine to have a coffee by the window watching the sunset. Since it’s raining it made the atmosphere more romantic. Still he felt empty there is no romance going on his life. It’s just too plain to even talk about it. It can’t say he’s busy and didn’t have time to find his soulmate. It’s just he’s living his life with the flow and never got any sparks with anybody to begin with.
It’s not that he didn’t have any attraction towards anybody for this 27years of living. They were just not enough to follow up. He could still remember few faces which made his days in some times. But they were just little crushes nothing more
Tomorrow is the day he’ll get the new desk-mate for his previous work bestie Brian. He may be one of a reason he feels more lonely these days. They were partners in crime. They always went to work together had lunch together left office together. If one person is somewhere definitely the other will follow. Everybody talked to them as crazy twins. Although they are not famous among the staff they had a place because of their inseparable relationship.
It was a sudden plan Brian’s family decided to move to an another city little far away from the work place. So even Brian is not happy with the decision he had to comply with them and move on to A city with the family
Andrew didn’t hope for an another Brian still he hope he’ll get a bearable desk mate to deal with. That is the only thing bothering him this lovely evening.
