David:Of course.It's my day today.(tites his neck tie

(Wedding car approaches)

Brylle:(pats on David's shoulder)Hey,there is your

David:(looks outside smiling and clears throat)

Claire:(getting in the church with a veil around her

escorted by her parents Sarah and Brian

Mendoza)

Katharine:(placing the veil in position as they walk

down the aisle)

(A few moments later)

Priest:It's time now that the bride and the groom

exchange their vows.

(In a blink)

Claire:I Claire Mendoza promise to cherish you in

times of sickness,wealth,struggles and that

i will give you all my heart and forever be

faithfull to you David.(tears roll down her

cheeks)

David:(clears throat and picks the mic)Claire,i

declare with all my heart,strength,body and

soul that i will love and take good care of

Priest:Now that they have exchanged vows,it's time

for the rings.

Carmen:(walks down the aisle holding a small

mended basket with diamond rings in it)

(They exchange the rings lovingly)

Priest:I now pronounce you husband and wife.David

,you may kiss the bride.

(Everyone ululates as they kiss)

(Hours later that same evening(10:12 pm)

David:(placing his arms around Claire's waist) It's

already late and you are not packing things

for our honeymoon tomorrow.

Claire:(avoiding David's attention and crosses her

arms under her breasts) Am sorry,am not

gonna make it to the honeymoon tomorrow.

David:(shocked) Wait,are you serious.

Claire:I have a spa project that i have to attend to in

Singapore tomorrow.

David:(sighs) So you mean your business is

important than our honeymoon?

Katharine:(gets in the house exhausted,sits on. a

wooden chair and removes her hair

star hotels since am on leave.

Katharine:(removes her phone from her purse)It's

my boss calling.(answers the call)Ma'am

Claire:(voice on the phone)Kathy,can we meet

tomorrow at Manilla airport please?

Katharine:Aaam,okay.

Claire:Thank you.(hangs up the call)

Katharine:(grunts)Mom,am sorry we won't make

it tomorrow.

Marissa:Whatsup?

Katharine:Claire needs me at the airport tomorrow.

Marissa:It's okay.You never know,they may offer

you a trip with them.

Katharine:There you go again thinking i'd leave you.

(They laugh)

(Divine beach resort)

David:(standing beside the beach flash backing)

Claire:(exclaims pointing a knife at David)

David:(tensed)Calm down,okay?Your baby is

Claire:(crying furiously)You killed my baby!

Roxannie:(knocks down Claire with a pan on

on the head)

David:(inhaling and exhaling strongly)Mom!

(Strong waves from the beach waters are

heard)

David:(softly)She is leaving.

David:Mom,she is going to take Carmen away for

two years.

David:She is going for a business project in

Singapore for two years mom.

Roxannie:(slides her hair backwards)And you

allowed her to do so?I warned you a long

sandals and puts them on furiously).She

is taking Carmen away from us. She is a

scoundrel.You have no idea of what Claire

might do to Carmen out there and so am

not going to allow her take Carmen away

(leaves and goes towards the

accomodation rooms of the hotel)

(Wind blows violently)

David:(shouts)No,mom,wait up,please.(runs after

Roxannie)

Roxannie:(hurrying up into the hotel accomodation

rooms)

Brylle:(appears out of nowhere and stops David)

Hey,bro,you look tensed.Whatsup?

David:(hurriedly)I'm sorry,i will explain later.(runs)

Brylle:(also follows David hurriedly)

(lift dings)

Roxannie:(gets in the lift furiously and locks it to

floor number 8)

David:(approaches the lift as it counts floor number

6 upwards)Damn it.

Brylle:Whatsup bro?Tell me.

David:(inhaling and exhaling strongly)Not now

Brylle,please.We will have to use the

emergency exit to the staircase.(rushes to

the emergency exit door)

Brylle:(continues to follow)

(8th floor(lift dings and opens)

Roxannie:(comes out and rushes to Claire's room)

Open this door.(banging on the door

loudly)

(Inside the room(11:48 pm)

Claire:(wakes up and puts on his sandals)

Roxannie:(continues to bang loudly)Open this door

Claire!

Claire:(walks towards the door closing the robes of

her night dress)Wait up!Am coming!

Roxannie:(shouting)Will you............

(Door opens)

Claire:Mom?What are you...............

Roxannie:(slaps Claire hardly on the left cheek)
