The interior of the bottle shop was an interesting mixture of vintage and industrial, the fixtures and furniture sleek against a backdrop of old brick on the ceiling and warm wooden floors underfoot. There was bar seating in addition to several small round tables and a long table — obviously for large groups — in the center of the floor. To his relief, Sloane headed for one of the round tables rather than going up to the bar.
