Raven’s POV Jesus, I didn’t realize how much I missed the city, with its lit paved streets and concrete sidewalks, until I stopped for what felt like the hundredth time to relieve one of my shoes of a rock. I felt like I had been walking forever, with nothing looking remotely familiar, but then, of course, I was in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by a vast forest.
