Unfortunately, it was a bit too late for that, as he began to lose himself to his wolf, and I don’t think he could stop the shift if he wanted to, as it was clear that he needed to blow off some steam, from whatever it was that was bothering him.
Taking a step back, giving him space, not wanting to get into a dog fight right outside the house with Raven inside after everything she had been through in the last couple of days, I gave him the space he needed to shift. It was clear he didn’t need me to push him anymore than what he had already been pushed today, as he needed to calm down and take a deep breath and maybe go for a much-needed run.
