I should have known he wouldn’t just do what was asked of him, especially when it was me asking him, but I didn’t have time to play his damn games. What I needed right now, was for Cash to just listen to me for the first time in his life and do what I asked of him, but, of course, I too couldn’t control myself, especially when I said back to him, “Well, if you weren’t such an asshole this morning to me, you would know what was happening. Just tell your damn Beta to run, before it’s too late.”
