When I was watching Elijah and Jake talking it looked very tense and serious. I wanted to know what they were talking about. But I should just shut the curtains and step away from the window, but I can’t. I am so hypnotized by how beautiful they both are. I wished they would see me like that the way I see them. I know there is more to meet the eye with them being around me and being my mate. I know they are because I can feel it.
I was in my own little world when I heard mumbling getting louder. Then I watched Jake shake his head at Elijah with sadness and a broken expression on his face and he walked away from him. I saw Jake jump inside his truck and speed out of my driveway and down the road. I saw his taillights in the shadow of the nightly sky. I turn my head back
