I have a day off and that's why I drove to Mateo's suite today. When I opened his suite, I didn't expect to find Delinda straddling his lap. Well, you never know what to expect with Mateo but the sight of him kissing Delinda of all people was quite disturbing.
"Delva..." he begins.
"I'll forgive you," I say, interrupting him.
I'll forgive Mateo but that will only happen after getting my revenge.
I wipe my tears and force myself out of his huge arms, walking out of the suite and into the elevator.
Mateo places one foot between the elevator doors just when they're about to close and walks in.
"Delva, can we talk about this?" he asks as the elevator takes us down but I don't respond. I like that he followed me because that's exactly what I wanted.
