Chapter 31Another week passed in pretty much the same fashion, and when Kayla would start to feel sad, she would force herself to get angry, which wasn’t that difficult to do considering Melissa’s feigned indifference. Kayla was sure her former lover’s disinterest was not genuine. How could she have been in the relationship that they had been having and turn her feelings off just like that?
