“Jake is the Alpha, he's the boss. Seth and I are his right hand men. Seth runs business operations and I run combat and the pack when necessary. Jake controls how everything runs, including the paperwork. It's all under his name.”
“So why am I here?”
“The Alpha chose you. We have our suspicions but we are not sure exactly why.”
“He chose me?! So it's his fault I am here. Greeaaatt. So what am I some type of slave? Am I expected to clean and s**t or am I some type of sacrifice, like what is this?”
I start to get really stern. At least tell me why I am here and not at home. I'd rather be making shitty tips at my night shift then be here against my will for some man who is probably going to end up killing me. I am locked in a room with no where to go and no one to even talk to unless they come to visit me, I'm starting to get pissed off. I think Gabe started to notice my face contorting to anger. Having a playful look on his face that I do not find inviting at all, he stood up and walked over to me.
He leans over the bed until he was way too close for comfort. Reaching his hand out, he touches and strokes my hair as well as my forehead.
“You're a feisty one, aren't you? I tell you what, if Jake doesn't take you as his, I will. We can see what all that mouth of yours can do.” He whispers right next to me. His manhood practically near my face with how far he was leaning over. I start to shrink down a little, these men were bold. I can't keep this up, I am not ok with just being someone's play toy.
I look up at him with an angry face. He just smirks and winks at me, his eyes began to wonder down my body. That was the last straw. I tossed my food aside and with the the strength I had, shoved my shoulder up into his chest, and locked my elbow into his nose. Causing him to stumble back a little, grabbing his nose to see that it is now bleeding. I am now standing beside the bed. While he was feeling his nose to see if it was broken, I ran up to him and kicked him straight in the balls. As I turned on my heels to head for the door, he grabbed my ankle causing me to fall.
He pulled my ankle making me to slide on the carpet floor, my skin burning with how quickly he yanked me back. Gabe then climbed on top of me, holding my arms down. Doesn't this seem familiar, I refuse to be put in this position again. He smiled looking down on me, “I like it when they fight, and you Sam, have a lot of it, even for a human. Now let's see how far we can go before you give up...” He positioned himself to sit on me, groping my body with his greedy hands. His eyes were flashing red just like Seth's were earlier, I see where they get their pack name.
As Gabe sits on my waist, I kick my feet up as high as I can, grabbing his head between my calves and pulling him down as hard as I can.Gabe stopped moving, hopefully I knocked him. I slammed his head on the ground pretty hard.
Rolling onto my knees to get up, I immediately sprinted for the door. I didn't even take the time to look back, I just needed to get out of there. I practically flew down the stairs, missing every other step, there's no reason I didn't trip all the way down but thank goodness I didn't. I ran straight out the door. Noticing a few men turning their head away from the TV watching me leave. But I was long gone. I just kept running. I can't live like this, I was already almost attacked twice in less than a day, I won't make it past tomorrow. I could hear a lot of commotion coming from the house I just came from.
Out of the whispers, I heard an all too familiar voice, “Sam, GET BACK HERE.” Seth was not happy, but I was almost a mile away at this point. My destination was the tree line, at least then I could hide, or even catch my breath.
Realizing I was not responding Seth yelled again “We can do this the easy way or the hard way.” I immediately flashed back to when he first said that while I was crying in my bathroom on the phone with 911. I began to slow down my pace, and turned around to look at him. Oh silly Seth, he doesn't even see me. He and Gabe are running around like crazy trying to see which way I went. I guess cause I probably smell like them, it's hard to track. I quickly crouched down and made my way to the trees. Taking just a minute to steady my breathing, I stood up and looked into the dark forrest I was about to enter. I have about another two miles before it starts to clear and then I'll hit the interstate.
