After our shift ended, Trixie and I went up to my apartment and she helped me pack. I packed extremely light, knowing I was not actually leaving but if I don't pretend I am, my friends will never leave me alone for my safety. They were good people like that. But this is my fight, not theirs. I say my goodbyes to everyone, because I am either coming back in a few months or I am never coming back, most likely because I died. I make sure to shove my g*n in my waistband and pepper spray in my front pocket. I also wrapped my hands just in case. I bought a bus ticket online, knowing they would track my fake name to it.
