I knew they were all worried about me and how I would react to the news. Yes, it was shocking, but in some ways I’m glad I know the truth now. I will never be the same as I used to be, but that is a good thing. I can now start over, because this is all over. We all can live our life now and be who we want to be. Grandfather will hold to his end of the bargain now and let us do our own things. Which was a long time coming? It was something our parents didn’t get. I am happy that we are on our way home; I need to relax and just get back to my life.
“Leah what are you thinking about you seem to be in another world?” Brooklyn asked her with a weird look on her face.
“Nowhere and everywhere. I just can’t wait to be home so we all can just be us.” Leah explained.
