Garrett found the bar without any problems. It was a quiet little place and the atmosphere played the calm and seductive cards simultaneously. Perfect.
He was relaxed as he settled into a booth and gave his order to the waiter, a youngster who had an acne problem and was in the middle of that growth spurt from boy to man. Garrett remembered those days.
