Finally... everything was falling into place.
HSC exams were over. Results? Alhamdulillah, GPA 5 for all of them 🎓
The business was standing on its own feet now. The restaurant was running smoothly, profits were coming in, and they had finally earned the right to say "We did it" on their own.
Now... it was time for the most important chapter of their lives.
Marriage. 💕
And they had decided it from the very beginning.
The four of them would get married on the same day.
No one would be left behind. No one would go ahead.

The date was fixed: August 20th.
Why that date? Because just 4 days later, on August 24th, was both Ayesha and Soccho’s birthday.
This year, their birthday was going to be 100 times more special. It wouldn’t just be a birthday anymore. It would be their first birthday as husband and wife. 🥹
So with only 15 days in hand, the wedding preparations began.
Day 1: The Talks
Soccho’s family went to Ayesha’s house to talk about the wedding.
At the exact same time, Anuvob’s family went to Rebeka’s house.
Both families were welcomed with love and tea and sweets. And both talks went perfectly.
Because when two families already respect each other, and the kids have already proven themselves, what more is there to say?
Ayesha’s mom was crying and smiling at the same time.
Rebeka’s dad kept saying, "We’re so lucky to get a son like Anuvob."
The date was finalized. August 20th. Four weddings. One venue.
Everyone agreed. This was going to be historic.

They decided to do all the shopping together. All four of them. With both families.
Because what’s the point of separate shopping when you’re getting married together?
Stop 1: Gold and Diamond 💛
This was the most expensive part. Gold prices in Bangladesh right now? 1 tola = 2,56,000 BDT.
So they went to the best jewelry shop in town.
For Ayesha:
• From in-laws: 5 tola gold
• From her own parents: 10 tola gold
Total: 15 tola 😱
• Plus a full diamond set gifted by Soccho from his own earnings.
A simple chain, earrings, a ring, and bangles. "So you can wear these every day, not just keep them in the locker," he said with a soft smile.
For Rebeka:
• From in-laws: 5 tola gold
• From her parents: 5 tola gold
• Plus a diamond set from Anuvob’s own earnings.
And 2-3 tola extra gold that Anuvob bought himself.
For the Boys:
Gold is forbidden for men, so the girls gave them diamonds instead.

They chose matching outfits.

Soccho & Anuvob: Green and Golden matching panjabis.
They looked like two royal couples already.
Stop 3: Gaye Holud Outfits 🌼
This time they wanted different looks.
Ayesha: Yellow Jamdani saree with floral jewelry.
Rebeka: Different design Yellow Jamdani saree.
Soccho & Anuvob: Simple yellow panjabis.
Stop 4: The Morning of Wedding - "Turmeric Bath & Color Play" 🟡
For the turmeric bath and color play, they chose simple but pretty things.
Girls: Raw turmeric color saree with red border. And fresh flowers for hair.
Boys: Simple yellow panjabis.
Stop 5: The Main Event - Wedding Lehengas & Sherwanis ❤️👑
This is where everyone lost their minds.
Ayesha: A deep, rich Red lehenga. It had been her childhood dream. "I’ll wear red on my wedding day."
With it: All gold and some diamond jewelry. She looked like a queen.
Soccho: Red and Golden mixed sherwani. Royal. Commanding. And madly in love.
Rebeka: Deep Pink lehenga with heavy gold and diamond work. Like a princess.
Anuvob: Pink and Golden mixed sherwani. Elegant and soft, just like him.
Just the shopping for clothes and jewelry, excluding gold and diamond:
Ayesha: 2 Lakh+ BDT
Soccho: 1 Lakh+ BDT
Rebeka: 2 Lakh BDT
Anuvob: 1 Lakh BDT
And that was just the beginning. They also bought three-pieces, casual wear, and outfits for the first night.
The shopkeepers were like, "Are you getting married or opening a boutique?" 😂

The Big Meeting at Ayesha’s House 🏡
After shopping, all 4 families sat together at Ayesha’s house for the final meeting.
And Ayesha’s mom... oh my god. She cooked like she was feeding the entire city. 🍽️

• Duck meat with Chui Jhal - super spicy and delicious

• Fried eggplant, vegetables
• For dessert: Rice pudding, 4 types of sweets, Yogurt, Coca-Cola 🥤
The guests were stunned.
Ayesha’s aunt said, "Sister, why did you go through so much trouble? A little would have been enough. We feel bad making you work so hard."
Ayesha’s mom just smiled and said,
"No trouble at all. I love to cook. If you all eat and are happy, then I am happy." ❤️
They all ate together, laughed, and then rested.
After that, the serious meeting began.
Decisions:
1. Mehendi Night: At Ayesha’s house. Her hall room was big enough.
2. Gaye Holud: At their own restaurant. Grand and decorated.
3. Turmeric Bath & Color Play: Next morning on the roof of Rebeka’s house.
4. Wedding: At the city’s biggest restaurant. Which was... theirs 😏
Before leaving in the evening, they were served noodles, coffee, and soup.
And at night, they had dinner together again.
Invitations were sent to all relatives and friends. The city was going to witness something beautiful.

The day arrived. Ayesha’s house was glowing.
From morning, relatives started coming.
By afternoon, friends arrived.
And then... Soccho, Anuvob, and Rebeka came too.
All four of them looked breathtaking. 💫
A mehendi artist was called. The place was decorated with lights, flowers, and music.
They sat in a row:
Soccho → Ayesha → Rebeka → Anuvob
The artists started applying mehendi.
But Anuvob? He’s an artist himself. So he refused the artist and said,
"I’ll do Rebeka’s mehendi." 😌
Rebeka blushed so hard.
Ayesha teased, "What? Are you getting jealous that your husband is doing someone else’s mehendi?"
Rebeka laughed and replied,
"Why would I be jealous? You’re my best friend and he’s your brother-in-law. First of all, we four are friends. Then everything else." 🥹💕
Then Anuvob started doing Ayesha’s mehendi too.
And while the mehendi was being applied... the dance started 💃

Cousins and friends danced non-stop.
At 12 AM, the mehendi was done.
Then came the couple dance.
Ayesha with Soccho. Rebeka with Anuvob.
Everyone clapped and cheered and some even cried.
After dinner, the program ended.
No one was allowed to stay up late. They had to wake up early tomorrow.
Before leaving, they did one last cute thing.
Soccho wrote his name on Ayesha’s hand.
Anuvob wrote his name on Rebeka’s hand.
Ayesha wrote Soccho’s name.
Rebeka wrote Anuvob’s name.
Hidden in the mehendi, like a secret. 🤭

At night, Soccho messaged Ayesha.
Soccho: "So madam, how’s the mehendi color?"
Ayesha: "Exactly as dark as your love for me." 🥰
They talked for a while. Then added Rebeka and Anuvob to the call.
Four of them, laughing, talking about tomorrow.
About the turmeric, the colors, the chaos, the love.
Finally, they slept. Tomorrow was going to be big.

It was messy. It was loud. It was perfect.
It was childhood friends becoming life partners, celebrated by everyone they loved.
