Moving day

All the way up until moving day Landon stayed with me, he didn’t feel comfortable not being by myside after Andrew tried to r**e me. Landon and my father had a discussion about the incident and let’s just say on graduation day Andrew didn’t even look my way. He had a black eye and a busted lip. But I graduated with honors and the valedictorian of my graduating class. I worked so hard for my grades. I wanted to enroll into med school after high school but with my parents taking us back to North Carolina I don’t think that’s much of an option. Moving day came and Landon wouldn’t let me lift a single box. Little did he know that after he left the room with two boxes I used my magic and the whole uhaul was packed. “that’s not fair” he play fought with me. “what you could have used your vampire speed, don’t blame me” and we both started to laugh. I felt safe with him, like my world was complete. My parents grew to love Landon was we were all excited about the move. When we got back to the pack house everyone was excited to see me and all the girls were crushing over my mate which put my wolf on edge. Landon wasn’t a rude person by any means and didn’t know how to respond to them so I simply walked over to them and said “He is my mate and as your future luna I would back off before I exile you from this pack, do you understand me?” and with that they bowed their heads and in unison said “Yes Luna”. Landon wrapped his arms around me and smiled and whispered in my ear “I didn’t know you could be so possessive over me, it’s kind of a turn on.” I smiled and kissed him. Loving the sparks that coursed through my whole body.  And then I heard him ask me “When you said you were saving yourself for marriage did you mean that or were you saving yourself for your mate?” I stopped dead in my tracks. Turned around and looked at him, dropped the box I was holding and I went and hugged him and wrapped my legs around him as his hands grabbed my ass. I whispered in his ear “ It’s the same thing, I was waiting for you, my mate, my alpha. Just when the time is right and we have our own place”.
