It was a snowy night, which came with the thick atmosphere, covered with gathered clouds. The earth was almost shrouded completely with frost and everything spoke of a strange cold aura.
Even the breeze that blew through my window before I walked outside was freezing me. I had to wake Lachie up in order to ask him about the way he was feeling.
“Hope the cold isn’t too much for you?” I asked him.
“No.” Lachie responded, his voice clear as though he hadn't slept at all. “I am used to it.”
