My Fears.

Remus POV

I mindlinked my beta everything was in order Claire and I were ready for this run we've been waiting for years for Bronx to have Maximus again so we could all go home. I looked around the cabin to see my beautiful wife watching our son hold his mate and read to her from one of his favorite Robert Frost books my little family so perfect but we were missing our completion of the having our packs. I looked at Claire and told her it was time.

Claire looked at Rayne and Bronx and asked if they were ready. Rayne smiled like no tomorrow obviously ready to go home and show off her new found mate but Bronx looked less enthusiastic about the whole thing.

Rayne POV

Luna Claire asked if we were ready to go and of course I'm ready to go home I have my mate and I'm ready to take on the world then I looked back at Bronx who didn't seem excited at all. let's be honest he looked deep in thought. I had to ask even piper wanted to know why he wasn't ready.

Bronx what's wrong?

Bronx POV

Maximus is running through my mind literally throwing out reasons we should go but I can't help the nagging feeling in my gut that I will be putting everyone in danger if I do. I don't know if I'm willing to put so many people's lives in danger for for me to have a place to finally belong. I looked at my parents and asked if they really though this was a good idea.

Mom was the first to speak. Honey we are all ready to go home even you son. Now that Maximus is with you and your beautiful mate is here now and don't forget that you have us and an entire pack to support you.

Dad chimed in as well Son you are an alpha and alpha by blood I'm proud to see you thinking of your actions and how they will affect the pack before you've even fully become alpha. With all of us together there isn't a force on this earth we can't overcome.
