I moved towards him, hips swaying with each step, my eyes locked on his, refusing to move away.
I didn’t mind tasting this different kind of fire, even if it was only once. I knew I shouldn’t, not because Owain is my brother’s best friend, not because I hadn’t truly broken off with Nathan, not even that. No. It was because of that dark intention in his eyes. The kind that said a thousand words, all poisoned with evil.
