A Long Night

Raquel’s Point of View (POV)
I belong to you.
When I uttered those words, I felt unsure and a little scared.
What if I’m the only one feeling this, and he’s not?
What if I end up getting hurt?
I won’t have a way to heal from that pain, I have nothing else in this life.
Yet, it seems like he’s not considering my feelings at all, he just kisses me even more passionately, taking me to cloud nine.
His warm hands move, and all I know is that my clothes have fallen to the cold floor one by one, leaving nothing behind.
He takes my hand, placing it on his chest. In a low, deep voice, sensual and tempting, he whispers, “Help me remove my clothes.”
I nod silently, trying to keep my balance and not let my legs collapse to the floor. With trembling hands, I undo his attire.
Midway, he’s no longer as patient as before, pushing my body onto the bed and sitting atop me.
His eyes are now entirely red, sharp and predatory, creating the illusion of a pair of predator eyes. My heart beats rapidly.
Instead of fear, it makes me more excited. Not because I’m a masochist, but his dominant aura makes me feel like I should submit to him.
“Don’t blame me for not being gentle,” he says with labored breath.
I know it’s not just me who’s enthusiastic, he is too.
So, I reach out to hug his neck, naturally wrapping my legs around his waist. With a hazy look, I respond, “I’m all yours, so up to you to do something rough to me.”
Not only is he surprised by my words, but I’m also a bit astonished when I say it. It’s as if those words came out of nowhere, and with a bit of courage, I express them to him.
Fortunately, he’s not angry. Our bodies slowly merge and complement each other. Only then do I realize how well we fit together.
Even with his rough demeanor, it doesn’t cause much pain. The pleasure slowly lulls me into a state of bliss, losing my senses.
I woke up from my sleep when the sunlight hit my face. Blinking uncomfortably, I looked to the other side of the bed.
He’s already gone.
Despite feeling a bit lost, I didn’t have time to be sad because my stomach growled loudly. I was hungry after spending almost half the night tossed on the bed.
Hastily getting up and freshening up, I headed to the kitchen.
As I descended the last stairs, Butler Lohan welcomed me.
“Young Lady, I’ve prepared porridge for you.”
I nodded and returned Butler Lohan’s polite smile. It was the first time someone greeted me warmly.
Butler Lohan was the only one working all day on Isaac’s side. He was used to catering to all of Isaac’s needs, taking care of the cleanliness of the house and other tasks. Typically, there would be servants who came every few days for additional help.
“Is … he gone?” I was a bit confused about how to address Isaac. So, I just used the less precise term ‘he.’
Fortunately, Butler Lohan was quite tolerant and nodded with a smile. “Young Master has gone hunting.”
After that, I heard Butler Lohan say, “Young Lady, you can call Young Master, husband, or by his name. Young Master usually doesn’t mind about this.”
“Ah….” I paused and thought about it. It felt too odd to call him ‘husband’ or ‘alpha,’ and so on. Wouldn’t it be nicer to just use his name?
So, I decided to call him ‘Isaac.’
After finishing my meal, I went for a walk around the house to become more familiar with the surroundings. Butler Lohan couldn’t accompany me, so I went alone.
Before leaving, Butler Lohan said, “There’s a lake not far from here if the Young Lady walks a bit into the forest to the south. It’s a safe place, and the view is beautiful.”
“Okay, I’ll go there to have a look.” I nodded and walked out happily.
The house was quite large with a spacious yard, surrounded by trees, making it look like a house in the middle of the forest. Yet, it mysteriously felt secure.
I quite liked the atmosphere here, so I took leisurely steps while enjoying the fresh air.
After circling the house yard, I decided to find the lake mentioned by Butler Lohan. However, I was a bit unclear about the direction, so I guessed the direction and went.
Not long after that, I heard cries and pleas for help. Relying on my hearing, I searched for the source of the sound only to see a familiar figure.
It was Murphy, Isaac’s younger cousin. The girl was learning archery and being trained rigorously by a mentor. Due to learning with a bit of reluctance, the mentor forced her to keep shooting arrows until her hands were wounded.
She cried and begged to be released from the intense training.
Then, Isaac appeared in their field of view, so Murphy seized the opportunity to ask Isaac for help to be freed from her mentor.
I witnessed all of this from afar and didn’t dare to approach, but it didn’t mean I was hiding.
Since we connected last night, the presence of each other was automatically something that couldn’t be concealed.
Isaac looked in my direction, and our glances coincidentally met. I tried to offer a faint smile and walked away, after all, he didn’t ask me to come, and I didn’t want to approach him.
However, it didn’t mean I could leave because Murphy also noticed my presence.
With her characteristic cheerful voice, Murphy waved to me and exclaimed, “Sister-in-law!”
Upon hearing her call, I nodded politely.
Once caught by the three of them, I didn’t have the courage to leave just like that. So, I took awkward steps closer.
“Sorry, I accidentally saw you, I was originally going to the lake.”
“But the lake is not here, it’s over there,” Murphy pointed to the other side of where they were.
“Ah, then I took the wrong path.”
“It’s okay, you’ll get used to it. Sister-in-law, you can play with me, and I’ll show you the way to the lake!”
Murphy wanted to put down her bow, but her mentor yanked her ear and said coldly, “You still have to practice for another hour, don’t go anywhere!”
“Ugh... you’re so cruel! Isaac, you have to help me get rid of him....”
I looked at Isaac, very curious about how he would deal with this situation. It seemed like the relationship between Isaac and Murphy was so good that the girl could be so dependent on him.
Also, didn’t Butler Lohan say that Isaac went hunting? So, what is he doing around here? Is the hunting over?
