The moment we are through the portal and in Damien's office, he sets me down and locks up the portal. "What about your dad and Alex?" I ask, "they're still there, how are they meant to get back?"
Damien gently grabs my hand and leads us through the house to my room. "Change into this," he tells me as he throws a pair of jeans and a t-shirt in my direction from my wardrobe before throwing more of my clothes on the bed. "We're going somewhere so we need to pack. I promise I'll explain everything when we get there."
