Perhaps Katherine sounded jocular in her tone. At that point, Lucas burst out laughing. Katherine asked Lucas, "Do you think I'm lying?" as she turned to face him.
Lucas gave a nod, "Yes."
"There's nothing I can do," Katherine shrugged. She halted after they had been strolling through the bamboo grove for a short while. “It's true that your brother and I did not file for divorce. At first, we were going to file for divorce. However, starting or ending a marriage is not simple. We therefore made the decision to try our marriage again.So, do you believe me Ad now?" she chuckled.
After giving it some thought, Lucas stood and said, "I think it is more believable now."
