On a Friday morning, the CEO announced a half-day work to give all the employees time to prepare for the Annual ball night. Everyone was so happy about the spare time because it really takes few hours to get ready for such an event.
Right after eleven o'clock, I went home directly because Justin wanted us to have our lunch together. I stepped out of the office early because I was thinking of cooking something for us. But when I arrived, I saw boxes of food on the dining table and I'm certain he made some food delivery.
Justin stayed and work from home in the morning. Though he persuaded me to do the same, I opposed it because I don't want anyone from my department to notice the kind of action. I don't want to be tagged as someone who spared the whole day just to prepare for a ball night.
