AVERY'S P.O.V
"Ave...ke up..." the voice was calling but I couldn't get what it was saying.
"Hmm" I moaned as I tried to follow the voice, it sounded unclear.
"Avery, please wake up" the voice pleaded softly, the words were clear now, I had to head for the voice.
"Avery" a stronger voice called my name, it sounded familiar and strangely it held more importance to me but I couldn't point out why.
I immediately opened my eyes.
"Huh"
I was lying flat on my back on...leaves? I could see the cloudless sky, I couldn't see the sun so which meant the sun had gone down. How long had it been? I took a deep breath, I could smell the forest, the sand and hear the chirpings from little animals, it felt nice but why was I outside and on the ground.
"You are finally awake huh?"
"Huh?"
