Loving Lucifer Ep 13: Between Life and Death

My eyes felt stingy when I saw my very bright surrounding. I look around but my vision is still blurry. Where am I? Am I in heaven?

"Mom..." I hope she can hear me.

I tried to move but I felt severe pain in my chest. I feel pain. I guess I'm still alive. I close my eyes tightly.

"Don't move."

I perfectly knew that voice. Luciano!

He's here? So it was not really a dream. It literally happened and he was there.

"Where am I? How did you kno-"

I heard a long sigh.

"Why do you always have a lot of questions? You just woke up after sleeping for twelve hours and fifty three seconds. You are in the hospital. The nurse called your mom already. They also explained what happened to you. For now, that's all you need to know."

"Twelve hours?! No-" I'm trying to understand and breakdown what just happened to me. It's impossible that twelve hours had been passed already.

I felt a finger on my lips.

"Again, that's all you need to know for now. You wouldn't like what I will do when I heard another word from your mouth."

"No! I wanna know what happened. I wanna see my mom! Ouch!"

The killing pain strike again.

"Agatha just shut up!" His loud voice echoed in the room.

I shivered.

"I wanna see my mom. Please." I can't help but to cry. I am so scared.

"Hush now, she will arrive here in no time. For now, just take a rest."

I heard a beep sound above my bed. After a minute a nurse came by.

"She's being hysterical." I heard him say in a low voice.

"Oh, that's normal because she just woke up from her long sleep. She is not fully conscious yet."

"No! She is in pain! Do something for her!"

"J-ust calm down. She will be fine." I can feel how scared this nurse is. I'm feeling the same right now.

"Do something to ease her pain or I will erase you in this world."

"Alright. I will sedate her so she can calm down and at the same time her body will have some time to heal as well. She will not feel any pain."

Wait?! Sedate me?

"No! I don't want to be sedated. I don't want to sleep anymore!" I tried my very best to move my arms and avoid the injection but Luciano is so fast and keep my arms in place.

"No please, Luciano. I wanna see my mom please!" I literally begging him.

"She will be here when you wake up. I promise."

"No no no, please please!"

"You'll be fine sweetheart. Trust me."

It feels like something is pulling me into a deep sleep again. I can't hear him anymore. There is no more pain. There is darkness again.

I don't know if I can survive. I don't know if can still see my parents. I don't know if can still hang out with Gigi. Will I be able to see tomorrow? What happened to Luke? How did Luciano found me? How did I end up in the hospital? What happened to my car? How did they explain to mom? Is she okay?
