Loving Lucifer Ep 8: The Plan

I had a fun night with my mom. We took our dinner to a cozy restaurant just as I promised her. We both enjoyed the food and the ambiance and we agreed to go back there with dad.

After taking a shower that night, I turn on my laptop and did some research about the history of the place where we held our little camp. I found some information but it didn't help me much with what I needed. I was about to call Gigi to inform her of what I am doing but I changed my mind. This is dangerous and I don't want to risk her. I saw how scared she was that time.

I spent the whole night with my laptop and some reference book. I am decided and ready to do my plan tomorrow night. I will just sneak when mom is asleep and return before she wakes up.

Morning came and everything I needed is ready. I receive a message from Gigi inviting me for a lunch but I declined. I told her that I am not in the mood to go outside which is very common to both of us.

I helped mom with the house chores, I know she is curious with what I'm doing but I will use this as a bribe when I arrived home late tomorrow morning.

The night came fast, mom spent few hours with me in my bedroom just talking about the series she is watching. I told her that I am tired from all the chores we did today and I want to sleep. She left the room after kissing me goodnight. After thirty minutes when the house is all quite. I sneak in my room and walk outside the house. I didn't use my car so she won't notice that I'm out if she woke up late at night and look outside the window. I know my momma very well.

I ride on a bus to get on the campsite faster. There is only few people on the bus. They are staring weirdly at me. They might be thinking that I am crazy to go camping alone.

Finally!

I arrived in the place. I prepare the things I needed like pepper spray and small knife in the pocket of my hoodie in case of emergency. I felt cold walking inside the forest. I am preparing myself for any jumpscare or any wild animals.

I reach the place where I first saw the man. I look around to see if he is there but there was no one. I feel disappointed. All the efforts and preparation I made was just wasted.

I was about to turnback when he showed behind me.
