"My Baby, how are you? Any pains?
I easily recognize the face.
"Mom" I still feel weak.
"I'm here baby. Mommy's here. Do you need anything? Do you feel any pain?" She looks so worried.
I shook my head to let her know that I feel no pain and I am fine.
"I'm so worried about you. The nurse said that you had a car accident. What happened? Were you sleepy or were you distracted?!"
"No, mom. Ahm- I just- Ahm, I can't remember anything. Sorry."
I lied. It was not an accident. Luke tried to kill me. But I have no proof. I don't even know how Luciano saw me and how did he brought me here. I don't want to scare my mom.
"Where's dad?" I changed the topic.
"He is on the way now. He got scared as well when I told him what happened to you."
"You don't have to worry anymore. I am fine now." I assured her.
I look around to see if Luciano is still around. But he is nowhere to be found. I'm reluctant to ask my mother if she saw someone when she arrive in my room.
"Mom?"
"Yes darling?"
"Did you see anyone in my room when you came?"
"No, it was just you sleeping. The nurse told me that you were saved by a handsome man though. Do you know that?"
"No, I can't recall." Another lie.
"It's okay. Don't force yourself too much. The accident has been taken care of. Just relax and rest. So you can recover fast."
"Thanks, mom."
I woke up when I feel something touched my forehead. Luciano!
"Agatha Venice."
"Dad?!" Yes, my father. He is the only one calling me by my full name.
Why am I expecting Luciano anyway?
"I missed you. How are you feeling?!" He lovingly asked.
"Daddy.." tears running down my cheeks.
"Its okay sweetlove. I am here now. Everything will be fine."
"I missed you dad." He then carefully hugged me.
"What time is it now? How long I've been in this hospital? Where are we exactly?" I asked him.
"You haven't changed. You are still talkative and full of questions." Dad laugh.
"It's eight in the evening. According to your mom, you've been here for two days now and we are here at South Park Hospital. This is the nearest hospital from the accident area." Dad explained.
"I see. What time did you arrive here?"
" Three hours ago. We didn't wake you up because you need to rest."
"Hey! Continue your talking later. Let's have dinner first." Mom cut our conversation. She prepared the food in my bed table.
"This is the first meal that we are going to have since your father come home. And we are spending it here at the hospital. It's unique." Mom said.
"No matter where we eat as long as we are together and we are all fine. Its okay for me."
"Me too." I agreed to my dad.
"Alright! Let's eat!"
Mom and dad exchangely put food in my mouth. This is the best dinner that I have with them so far. Though we are in a hospital, and we're eating simple food and the plan mom prepared for the long time didn't happen, its still the best dinner for me.
We are laughing the whole time and we talk about the things we missed and plan the things the we wanna do in the future as a family.
We just finished our dinner when Gigi and her parents arrived.
"Agatha!" Her scream echoed in the room
"Hey, How are you? I missed you!"
"I should be the one asking how have you been. I missed you too."
"I'm fine now. I just need to rest for quite some time then I'm out of here."
Both our parents are having their talk in the other side of my room while Gigi and I talk about what had just happen. I filtered all the things I told her because I find it mysterious and unbelievable. I have to solve it for myself first. I don't think they will believe me or they might think I went out of my mind.
After some time, Gigi and her parents said goodbye but promised to be back tomorrow. Mom and dad fix their bed beside mine. They used the spare bed and pillows in my room. After having a short talk and prayer we fell asleep.
I had a good day today with my family. I am looking forward for more beautiful days with them.
Suddenly, I'm seeing this handsome guy again...
