Moon’s Rage is the most mismanaged sh*thole I have ever had the displeasure of seeing with my own two eyes. Apollo is a damn slumlord! The homes are dilapidated and there’s some serious overcrowding. I couldn’t find even one thing that was good about the place, everything ranged from completely inadequate to barely liveable.
